Pros

It's a job. Get your experience and get the hell out of there.

Cons

Bonus is a joke. If we make it a top 5 record profit year and get a bonus that is less than half a day of OT (haha what's OT anymore, am I right?), it is a slap in the face, when the plant right next good pays out 10-20% of gross yearly income of each employee, for maintaining the standard.

Our people's career development is one of our highest priorities. This year we launched Ascend University with both online and in-person training for both technical and leadership skills, and we relaunched our mentoring program. Last year, we published our 2030 Vision, a set of nine sustainability targets, and two of the goals are related to career development. Our leaders are people too. If your leader is not regularly giving you opportunities for growth or constructive feedback on your performance, we encourage you to let your site leader or HR business partner know. Even leaders have areas they need to improve. - Osama Khalifa, sr. communications manager

Not The Company It Was

Pros

Pros are the real employees that make the company.

Cons

APM has totally tanked this company. The worst organizational structure ever seen in a business. APM has more managers for managers and none with no value or direction except demanding others to do unnecessary work. It would benefit them to sell but as much as we're worth in $$, we're worthless. You have to sell dirt cheap.

Pros

I have a team of very supportive individuals.

Cons

The leadership of this company is compromised of a mix of good and awful managers. But despite the existence of many good ones, the awful ones are the most vocal. These rude and toxic managers are the ones who yell the loudest and speak the most in the workplace. The leadership should do something about this by replacing all the horrible managers,
