Common trends in reviews: Spread very thin, over worked, poor management, horrid retention, non-existent bonuses, does not keep up with market pay. TLDR: look somewhere else and you will get paid more for less stress The company responses to the poorer reviews portray a sense of denial and lack of accountability

We agree that we have great people. Part of what makes them great is that they consistently work to make themselves, our company and our communities better every day. Throughout our review responses on this site, we constantly talk about how we're transforming this company and that that kind of work isn't for everyone. We're sorry Ascend isn't a good fit for everyone, but we are proud of what we've accomplished and what we plan on accomplishing in the future. As for the specific complaint regarding pay and compensation, we regularly evaluate the pay structures against the industry and locations where we operate. Our compensation is very competitive and our benefits, like medical coverage and 401(k), are consistently mentioned in other reviews as being exceptional. - Osama Khalifa, senior communications manager

There are none... The leadership team has destroyed this once thriving company with lies and massive cover-ups.

Cons should be the new name of this company... Its a great term that describes the executive level leadership...
