      Stressful workload and terrible communication are two reasons people are quitting!

      Pros

      You will be asked to do different things every day. It can be a good thing if you like challenges. But you will feel terrible after a while.

      Cons

      When you join, you will realize two things immediately. The top management is terrible at communication and worst at workload management. Each employee is stressed, exhausted, and hoping to get away. You will feel that way too. Nothing will change for the better as the upper management avoids changing anything. So, either you get stuck or get far, far away. People are choosing the latter. I did as well.

      Hectic schedules, toxic and exhausting atmosphere

      Pros

      The pay is decent, and we get decent raises regularly.

      Cons

      The work environment cam be hostile and toxic sometimes. But I can't blame the employees for being hostile toward one another, given how exhausting and stressful the work environment can be. My ci-workers and I are all overworked, and the managers always fill our schedules! The company seems to lack manpower, and I hope the leadership will realize that and hire more people.
