We agree that we have great people. Part of what makes them great is that they consistently work to make themselves, our company and our communities better every day. Throughout our review responses on this site, we constantly talk about how we're transforming this company and that that kind of work isn't for everyone. We're sorry Ascend isn't a good fit for everyone, but we are proud of what we've accomplished and what we plan on accomplishing in the future. As for the specific complaint regarding pay and compensation, we regularly evaluate the pay structures against the industry and locations where we operate.
