      Little carrot - Lots of stick

      Pros

      Paycheck is always deposited on time. Good work/life balance for most positions.

      Cons

      This is a "job", not a career opportunity. "Fleet Managers" are not empowered to make management decisions. Dishonesty in key positions is allowed to flourish here. Staffing was cut drastically, so workload increased significantly with no additional compensation. The "carrot on a stick" routine is very real at this company.

      They are close to my home and the pay is steady.

      Bad managers running the place. Coworkers are mean because of it.
