Very helpful colleagues, wonderful work environment, one of a very few companies which play background music during working hours in the work area (instrumental usually), festival celebrations are good.

Cons

Worst HR policies and Worst Management, disappointing hikes, salaries for freshers are like paying for labors.

I worked at Ascendum Solutions for 2 years Good to work for 2 months.... Good place for fresher who do not have job... Good couliges...to work with...

Cons

--As i said in pros, it is good for first two months after that you will feel that you had done big mistake. --Once you join the company; you cannot leave easily. --Three months notice period, you have to serve else pay the money. --Paying money is the one of the best earning material for this company. --No recognition of work. --Appraisal also depends upon the relationship with two senior member of this company. -- Rules occasionally change as per mood of Senior management employee. Too many cons for this company. -- If you are on bench they can remove you in a single day, but if you resign you have to pay money for 3 months salary.

I am a software engineer. Joined here as a fresher. i am very happy that i got good opportunity to learn. First of all the team members are great. Managers are also very open and cooperative. I have got good recognition.

Cons

I think we should worrk on getting some new projects. Though we have got a few projects in my view they are small.
