Good colleagues and if money doesn't matter for you then it can be a good place to learn.

Cons

HR is having complete control over all the areas whether its related to their department or not. Sallary given to fresher is below the standard of any company in IT sector.Your performance doesn't mean anything and appraisal given will be very poor .
