Ascendum is Recruitment Agency rather than software development company . Recruitment/HR team providing wrong information before joining of new employees. Head of HR cabin is a call center, where you will hear loud noise while on personal call. HR Head Role is undefined and unknown. Only show-offs. HR processes are not followed as documented and not revised since very long time. Management is completely driven in monopoly version. Service Delivery Management is too bad. Appraisal process is not transparent like other IT companies. No job security. Completely HIRE & FIRE policy.

I was on a project with a big client. All team members were constantly asked to work 70 ~ 90 hours per week, give up weekends and not take vacations. Because of the size and name of the client, basic employee rights were neglected. An entire team was moved over an hour commute away to make room. Priorities constantly changed and I could never finish one task before it was labelled as lower priority. I was let go after a Thanksgiving vacation I took/refused to give up for them. Also, their 401k plan was laughable.
