Pros

Great Client Services team. Each team worked well together. Lots of camaraderie within teams.

Cons

Beware, the company is nothing is like its portrayed in the interview. CEO is not competent and creates a culture of doubt and stress. CEO portrays a completely fake persona in public. Comp and bonus plans changed monthly Unrealistic metrics that changed daily if not hourly Lack of empathy Zero diversity Vacation/ PTO was inconsistent across all teams. Hidden bonuses and pay outs for employees by the CEO Secret promotions Poorly manage HR policies False promises Poor management Lack of vision from upper management CEO and sales like to micromanage too much

Hi there - thanks for posting the feedback - great to hear that you enjoyed the success team and camaraderie. I agree that we learn as much from our failures (probably more actually) as our successes - hoping that you'll take some comfort in knowing that the leadership team is intentionally about taking personal inventory - it's important stuff. All the best for your future.

Great people, awful leadership

Pros

The people at the individual-contributer level are outstanding. Dedicated group of people who really want to see the company succeed despite the obstacles in front of them.

Cons

The leadership team top to bottom is an absolute disaster. The CEO is no longer qualified to run the company at this stage of the organization. There is not a manager, VP, or C-Level left there who I would feel confident in their ability to steer this ship in the right direction. They do not know what they're doing. I have never seen a leadership team this incompetent.

Not So Nice

Pros

Great people work here, hard workers, smart employees. Passionate employees who know what they are doing.

Cons

Poorly managed - top heavy with (probably) over paid leaders. What does the chief of staff do? Unfortunately the COO hasn’t packed the punch we thought he would. The company did a round of layoffs and it was extremely uncomfortable where they did a “going forward team” meeting afterword and mentioned how it was something they had been planning since he started. The meeting was cringe worthy to be honest. We Purchased a giant office at the same time of 2 layoffs the office is 4 x the size of the company it’s uncomfortable and feels extremely fake. The second round of layoffs were leaked 2 weeks prior but the ceo kept telling us “we had money in the bank” obviously not because they laid off half the company. Bummer some awesome people were let go. Aaron never reached out to most those individuals who were let go the second time around which felt odd considering he acted like he cared and even “cried” the first time around. The company isn’t so nice and most of us are actively looking.
