Pros

You will get valuable experience. Staff is so lean and they work you so hard so you will get experience in many areas. Programs are amazing, great staff.

Cons

Management is terrible. Always dumping on staff. Absolutely no integrity. A whole program walked out, resigned, contract was pulled immediately.

This agency has a wide range of useful services to offer clients. The staff and clinicians are passionate about their work with clients. Employees seem to have the initial drive to work together for the greater good of the client.

Cons

The wages are deplorable. The "Executive" staff are aware of this and have not made any changes. As a result the company suffers increased turn over and loses good people that really don't want to leave.

Stressful work, too much work not enough employees, upper management is incompetent and over paid, workers are overworked and under paid, company cannot stick with 1 base of procedures resulting in 5 different procedures for 1 task, cannot work effectively with state agencies,
