Pros

Great co workers, good starter job for recent graduates, different programs provides good experience

Cons

Poor Pay and resources to properly do your job. Very micromanaging, COO is critical oriented, Creates an environment where staff may feel undervalued or fearful of mistakes which lead to lower morale, limited innovation, and high turnover. Employees may hesitate to take initiative due to fear of reprimand.

Pros

Working with youth and making connections that empower them.

Cons

The COO for the area believes that only good ideas come from her. She demonstrated pathological trust issues, doesn’t respect people’s time, bullies her opinion on staff, even when she misunderstands the situation, makes her weight issues the issues of the youth in care (they can only eat whole wheat waffles, lean meat and no white sugar), thinks she qualifies as black because she has a bi-racial grandson, interrupts people who are talking and has no capacity to listen to a point of view that is not her own.
