Having the opportunity to change individuals’ lives.

Cons

The pay is low, employees are undervalued especially in the direct care department, no room for growth.

Medical and dental benefits are great. Working with kids is rewarding if that’s what you’re into.

Pros

Pros include the school I was assigned to. It was very good, they truly did not need support.

Cons

Pay isn't great, insurance isn't great, but even worse, the level of micromanaging is AWFUL. There was no opportunity to teach, just bitter negative feedback all the time.
