Fellow workers are great, supervisor ok too. Pretty good job security given the lack competitors in the region.

Cons

Benefits leave much to be desired. PTO carryover is pitiful. And good luck getting approved to use your PTO. Hard to make vacation plans when previously approved PTO can be revoked. Insurance is too expensive.
