Fewer as time goes by. Aspirus abuses good passionate staff.

Cons

Where to begin. Consultants rule the place. No caring for employees needs. Employees who are on long leaves get rewards while those who constantly cover are not acknowledged in the slightest . If you boss hired you , likely you can get away with anything. New hires with zero experience are treated like kings and queens. If that’s right they drink the koolaid. Very poison HR and top management. Top mgmt is heavy , while staff is short .
