Politics; Non-transparency; Lies; Deceit; Comp; They will lie to you about coaching you out. I personally was put on performance review early third quarter, and was being assured that it was a formality. I did what I had to do the entire time, just to be fired on a technicality in January. Luckily, I bounced back. But just giving advice to the next person who decides to trust their leader.

Cons

If you value your mental health, your sanity, your bank account, and your future in a finance career… do not take the sales coordinator role. It’s a joke . Embarrassingly low pay, micro management, unmotivated employees, child-like treatment, favoritism, secrets kept by managers, boring work. I could go on. It barely adds value to your resume. Your job entails copying and pasting. As a sales consultant specialist (next role up), you leave voicemails all day. Very little opportunity for advancement. Even when promoted, your highest possible base pay will be $55k- not a living wage in any major US city.

Cons

People “leaders” will pressure you to work from the office as much as possible, even during COVID.
