Pros

Great benefits and central location in the East Bay.

Cons

People are overworked, under paid, and treated very poorly by management. Very hard to get promoted and there is no ability to think outside the box. Things really went down hill when acquired by a foreign company.

Pros

Hybrid work, snacks in the kitchen. That’s about it.

Cons

Micro management, leading by fear, one strike and you’re fired policy, unclear goals, no training, constant turnover, impossible to have conversations with upper management, constant gossip, very clicky and political.
