      Self reliant, don't expect anyone to train you in your field or how to get the job done.

      Cons

      Unorganized and Unprofessional. It's an adult playground and not in a good way.

      Pros

      Ethical leadership at the home office and the branches is strong and shows vision. I work with some of the brightest people I ever have, with a focus on getting better everyday. Change can be difficult for some but it's inevitable if we want to continue to be a leader in the industry. The company continues to focus on improving the customer experience. We want to serve others and improve quality of everything we do. I truly enjoy what I do and the change the company is going through. Every customer matters, every employee matters. We need to continue to walk the walk and talk the talk until we create raving fans.

      Cons

      Do more with less, but that's every company. We have to continue to work smarter and not harder. The community managers have a hard job, trying to keep homeowners and board members happy within the rules. We need to continue to listen to our customers and provide excellent customer service by being responsive, solution oriented and over delivering.

      Pros

      The company made a decision over three years ago to define the next five years in Vision2020 and invested in new leaders - both from within the industry and from outside. The residential management industry is very fragmented and Associa is very focused on: 1) continuing to attract the best management companies to join the Associa family and 2) transforming its client delivery model. I feel proud to be a part of Associa and am grateful for the opportunities for growth Associa has given me and my colleagues!

      Cons

      Associa runs with a high motor and runs lean. This isn't for everyone but can be a great opportunity for those willing to invest in building something you can be proud of with people you care about.
