      Nice place to work....if you enjoy being micromanaged and dealing with customers frustrated with unresolved issues.

      Pros

      Mostly friendly people. Challenging and changing landscape. Overtime/VTO available. Decent benefits. Good food and snacks. Opportunities for advancement and room for growth.

      Cons

      Pay could be vastly improved. No work/life balance. Micromanaged to the Nth level by people who know even less than you. Strict attendance policy. Company is only concerned with filling up seats to take calls, regardless of the rep's technical/customer service ptoficiency nor whether the customer's issue is taken care of nor their private information is protected.

      Pros

      Full of friendly faces and great personalities. Coming to work is a joy because you know that you will interact with great people around every corner of the building. You get a great deal of satisfaction helping the customer resolve their issues on the phone.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment with lots of micro-managing. If you are not a fan of someone breathing down your neck then maybe this place is not for you. Depending on your tech savviness you may find it easy to do your job or if you are not you may struggle at your job. The safety net promised in the form of support is flawed at best and sometimes you may find yourself drowning in policy and great customer support.
