      Pros

      Benefits are awesome and some of the Supervisors actually care what happens to you. Work environment is comfortable and the employees are friendly and fun. They give good incentives and reward you with food and prizes for a job well done. It is also busy enough to keep you busy during your shift and offer tons of overtime.

      Cons

      The changes that are implemented seem to benefit management not employees... a lot of the changes honestly makes it harder for the employees to do the RIGHT thing. Policy conflicts with itself. The raises that are provided at the end of the year are not enough to keep up with cost of living. It is a lot of favoritism shown for certain people. They say if you work hard and have good numbers your possibilities are endless with this company... not completely true for all. The changes in the company do not make a lot of sense but if you need a jub you will do what is needed.

      Pros

      They are very fast paced. If you can put up with all the negatives, you will love this if you live fast paced environments where you get to work with net technologies constantly.

      Cons

      The title explains it, but the gist is that the management is (mid-line) is brash, self-serving, and lacks any form of human compassion/emotion. My direct boss belittled employees in public, called them at 2AM drunk, gave away persona information, etc. The Human Resources team did nothing for 3 years. He is still there. They also fail to honor their contractual obligations after you leave the company.
