I worked for the company for many years. None of the supply chain supervisors have any education beyond high school and most make over $50,000/year. The majority of the managers also have no secondary education. It has become a "fraternity" of sorts where only brown-nosers are promoted. Many of the managers and supervisors have climbed their way up by brown-nosing and politicking, while not having any basic management skills. My last supervisor did not even know how to put a formula into excel. (Are you kidding me?) I applied time and time again for supervisor positions, but was told it is not the company's "culture" to promote people with degrees into those positions. I spent the last 8 years of my life obtaining multiple degrees, yet could not get promoted. Of course there are a few good managers and supervisors, but an overwhelming majority of them are persons of low intelligence. I finally left the company, and am now appreciated for my hard work and dedication by my new employer.
