      easy work, love that fact that there is no selling involved

      Cons

      Quality scoring has got to be the most ridiculous thing ever you have to practically sleep with the customers on the phone to get a good quality score they tell you all this good crap about the rewards when you have all your scores up but how can you get all of your scores up when you are being scored on whether or not the customer wants to do a survey or not

      Great company, great people, culture of helping one another is pervasive. Those willing to work for it advance.

      Cons

      Company is going through some top-down restructuring that leads to uncertainty in its employees. Oddly conceived and implemented layoffs having an affect on remaining staff.
