      Don't Waste Your Time

      Pros

      The do provide medical and dental benefits. The co-workers are wonderful, and most of the managers are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Working for Asurion was like working in a prison camp! Everything you say is scripted and timed, and if you do not meet their metrics, you are penalized for it when it comes time to bid on schedules. The pay is VERY low compared to other work from home companies, and the cost of the medical and dental insurance is high.

      back to back calls trick you when it comes to promotion just to get u hired on they say they have alot of promotions but THEY dont gets tiring saying the same thing over and over supervisors are not reasonable I currently was in a car wreck admitted to hospital and later on this year i had a mis carriage with twins. asurion DONOT and DIDNOT accept any of my doctors excuses so i was terminated also you are put on a 8% absenty scale and if your full time you can miss ONLY 13 hours a month if you go over twice in a month your fired management ONLY care about higher depts DONT APPLY HERE

      * Provides several opportunites for growth * Great Virtual - Work @ Home Program * Company tends to stay ahead of the curve and does not remain stagnent, adding new products and departments to stay ahead of the technology curve * Great pay for performance program

      Cons

      * Several good factors however the company moves at rapid pace, and things change frequently, this is how they have been so successful. If you are not one that can adapt quickly or enjoys this environment then it may not be the best fit. * Work\Life Balance is something the company strives for however based on the business season there are months that it is harder to maintain the balance, and can be very tough but it does even out over the year for the most part.
