Pros

Compensation: good pay, however incentives are becoming harder to get. Vacation time: accrues at a faster pace then other places I have worked. Atmosphere: same level co workers are great to work with.

Cons

Management: company has become too bottomline focused. Employees are currently treated like robots. Expected to perform at top rate to obtain slightly unattainable stats. Vacation and sick time: while it accrues fast you won't be able to use it. You have to sign up for time off about 4 months in advance. If you're sick you're paid for time off but you'll also get an occurrence which counts against your reviews.

Pros

Friendly environment. The coworkers are top notch people and there's tons of extra curricular activities to enjoy. Good benefits package and really good initial training phase. They really try hard to promote a "fun" environment.

Cons

Pay is poor compared to other centers in area yet they try to force you into thinking its a good pay structure if you complain. Changes done to work-flow without proper notice and/or training. Supervisors are inadequately trained for any of these changes. Never enough supervisors on the floor. Supervisors grumpy when asked for help and even saw one get CSRs to take their supervisor calls. Help desk (acc) never available after supper and understaffed to handle call volume and they continued to fire more and not hire replacements. They will put you into queues you are not trained for and that affects your home queue numbers due to lack of time in home queue and you will end up on an "action plan" to fix your numbers and lose your bonus. Bonus structure is decent but unattainable if you work a night shift due to lack of support and staffing to handle the calls and calls dumped into your line from different queues. if you live close to home you are never allowed to leave during emergencies such as ice storms that affect your safety. Upper management places blame on employees fo bad decisions made in company and twists your own words to blame your own supervisor directly (it's their policy to not allow an employee to place any negative words towards Asurion on paper) for that of which is the company's policy's fault. I highly do not recommend working here. They do not promote. They offer ACC positions but no increase in pay.
