      Pros

      High growth if you are in the right place... Great people overall. Spend money on technology. Bonus potential is great.

      Cons

      The culture has shifted in the last 2 years. Very level conscioous. Not a great amount of informaiton sharing. Most/all jobs moving to Nashville.

      Asurion is a very stable company that is an industry leader, while growing and diversifying into new market segments to ensure future success.

      Cons

      A high percentage of overall compensation at Asurion including bonuses and stock options seem to be heavily distributed to only the highest levels of management.

      Pros

      Great employee benefits package, including 401(k), vision, and dental plans. Good monthly incentive bonuses. Good Rewards and Recognition program. Management, for the most part, is very accessible.

      Cons

      Not much flexibility with scheduling. Difficult to get two consecutive days off. Lots of disgruntled customers. Too many unnecessary script changes with much to much "cheesy" dialogue in the scripts. Most popular equipment is always on backorder.
