Pros

Great people and fun place to work. You weren't sitting around wondering what to do because you were always busy and seemed to have direction. By and large people that work there seem happy as long as they're not chained to a desk.

Cons

Contractors are treated like expendable resources. They are used and abused to the point of exhaustion then let go. The company dangles the full-time carrot in front of your nose until you produce your deliverable. I would not take a contract with this company.

Pros

Asurion will make sure that you have the tools necessary to do your job. Asurion provides benefits and continuous training to assist in your development.

Cons

Asurion does not communicate very well on the management level. This is bad for business because it creates a negative environment for supervisors, team leaders and customer service representatives. Also, the customer service representatives havebeen known to find out importnat information before the leadership team due to personal relationships and NOTHING is confidential there.
