      Complete waste of time

      Pros

      The pros would have been the convenience of working from home, not having the commute to work, job seemed fun and fast paced.

      Cons

      They wasted a lot of my time. Expensive equipment, drug test, trainings, orientations.. They offer me the position, let me pick a schedule, only to tell me that I no longer have it because of my internet connection.

      My experience at Asurion was sub-par. During the hiring process, HR and management set unrealistc expectations about the annual bonus and about the promotion opportunities at Asurion and how fast they are growing. This is because they have a recruiting challenge. All very exaggerated claims. There was zero annual bonus last year by the way
