Pros

Has okay benefits Lots of potential bonuses

Cons

The various departments that are supposed to help you do your job such as customer support and tech helpdesk have zero communication with each other and internally Toxic work culture involving the sale of device protection plans to customers Compulsory meetings on how to meet sales expectations better even though your job is to fix phones Constant stress from having to deal with customers getting upset with the company

Pros

Good health Benefits, they send you a care package of sales tools, gift cards, sign-on bonus was taxed, positive teams. Pay

Cons

I was in a work at home division sales and tech support, this company is all about sales which is bad. all training was on sales and luckily I had 5 years of tech support experience... even with that, they told us to google everything for answers and ask for a sale which did not sit well with me. They told me to be human, being human requires morals and values. Micromanaging every 3 hours asking you what happened to the sale? yet no help when you need it. My entire team got dismantled with only 2 weeks of notice. lack of training, mixed communication on services and policies

Pros

The only pro was being able to move my schedule

Cons

They will threaten to fire you over sales even though it’s a tech position, horrible managers who will pick at the smallest things
