Pros

Location -DC area, Emerging company with good business line.

Cons

1. Poor team ethics, constant gossip. 2. Higher management(technology) doesn't take feedback from people under them- kind of one man show especially on the mobility side of the organisation. Get your ears on the ground plzz 3. Too many people biased on the technology they belong to when the actual need of hour is to be tech independent and using tech which helps the organisation leverage the most from.

Pros

It's required that I write something here. I truly have nothing good to say about this company. So I'll fill this in with text.

Cons

An ego driven company at its worst. The voice of the front line employee is stifled by the corporate culture. Your input as an individual contributor is neither desired nor required. Personal victories are seldom celebrated and defeats are dwelled upon. Horrible corporate culture.

Pros

Opportunity to work with a variety of different mobile devices, operating systems, and stay up to date on new devices.

Cons

Training is lacking. Training comprised of PowerPoint presentations and lacked peer to peer review, opportunity to observe top performers take calls, opportunity to receive specific feedback and opportunity to hear your own calls. The training refused to review the assessment questions once everyone had completed the assessments. No opportunity to learn from mistakes. The training isn't practical and heavy on PowerPoint.
