Pros

Pay is always on time They offer PTO consistently based on how many hours you work

Cons

Things change hourly and not daily wih this company. It is extremely hard to keep up with the constant changing policies. I get very frustrated with management because my supervisor has to always "check" with somebody else before she can give me a definite answer on anything. I feel that supervisors are puppets and not real supervisors. The calls are back to back and the shifts are 8-10 hours long. There are lots and lots of rules like if this then that type of thing. If you like taking back to back to back calls and you have to get permisson to go to the bathroom in order to log out then this company is for you.

Pros

Good base pay, good environment and people to work with, great benefits, decent flexibility with options to take voluntary time off when it’s not busy and paid time off

Cons

They make it seem like you won’t get fired for not meeting your sales goals but you do (i resigned) Although they make it clear it’s a sales job it’s also technical support and customer service.. people are calling with issues with their device and they expect you to close a sale 1 out of every 10.. you have no ability to follow up call with the customer (most companies can close at higher rates if they do) and after you solve their issue you have to out of the blue try to pressure them into make a decision right then and there even if they don’t need it. Your managers will constantly be on you for not meeting goals when the type of calls you get aren’t in your control. Many days half the calls aren’t sale eligible yet you’re still penalized. They don’t want to hear your “excuses”. Sales got so bad that a huge chunk of the at&t sales reps were fired even our higher ups. Most the customers already know what you’re gonna say when you mention the product and they’re sick of hearing it and shut you down and don’t let you speak. Also when we first joined they increased our performance pay and once we started doing too good for them they decreased it , so at any time if you’re doing well they can make it harder for you to get the money you got accustomed to making.

Pros

Fast Moving, Golden Handcuffs, etc.

Cons

Leveraged and in debt to the hilt. Dim, cowboy mindset on most execs who promote their own kind. Sort of a ridiculous product to work so feverishly and emotionally for.
