Pros

Covered Parking ,friendly employees, large break room

Cons

Absolutely horrible management, never constant from manager to manager with instructions regarding policy and procedures. Huge turn over rate . Stupid adjusters that screw everything up for the customer . Preventing them from successfully completing the insurance claim to repair or replace the damaged cell phone. No consenquences for them. But the customer service rep / claims expert is held accountable for it. We get the blame for the adjustors causing problems. Asurion also features Mobile Techs who are supposed to come to you to take care of the problem. Via repair or replace. All too often they don't keep the appointment with customers. They never call to tell them they will be late or are not coming. Again no consenquences to the mobile tech. But the claims expert is blamed for the customer being mad about the problem. They expect you to sell a home electronics insurance plan to EVERY s called eligible customer. They continually threaten the experts with termination if they don't reach the sales goals every single month. Every single eligible call. They refuse to provide appropriate training for the experts that need additional help. The overall atmosphere is extremely negative .

Pros

- Great Benefits - Good Entry level pay

Cons

- Policy so flippant and abusable that you may get hired by a team and that same team can get fired for fraud 2 - 3 months down the line -Real pay and benefits happen in middle management (DMs, Market Manager, Etc.) so much so that it feels like they have no incentive to actually develop teams at a store level and just train them to specifically benefit their commision,SPIF, and Bonuses that they get as opposed to actually benefitting the company. - The stores are so under developed that most lleaders at that level do not have more than 3 months of experience in their roles and the ones that do are already burned out or have teams with such low morale that it creates a terrible environment to work in. - Systems that are in use are not well kept likely due to employee retention issues with site engineers, and as a result your critical service tool required for operation can abruptly go down with out any ability to gain any kind of support and leadership has even less experience to give solutions. - Not so much a repair culture as iot used to be when it was an independant brand but now has been converted in to a repair the bare minimum to secure insurance sales while also fighting for some level of profit with teams that have an average skill that skews low due to lack of real development.
