Pros

The Company have very good programs. It is a work from home opportunity very is training and the pay was ok.

Cons

the trainers were very rude. There was more down time do to their personal issues than class time.. Did not get all of the training before going live, so we had to be cut short daily to go back to class to review the things that we were not taught and that we did poorly on the calls. There system had a lot of issues and viruses had my pc checked several times and the conclusion came every time I had to download a program from them.

Pros

Smart & capable co-workers. Company events. Quarterly Bonus

Cons

Leadership has developed a distant style & manage by the way of spreadsheets. No care or value placed on employees, unless they're inside of the "buddy system" . Horrible outdated employee rating system which some supervisors use to bully employees into giving them better scores. Company has the tendency to place all of their eggs in 1 basket, which has backfired in the last 2 years given the amount of layoffs they've endured. They do not try to keep their top talent. They value a newly graduate over a high performing employee with years of experience. Pay is a joke. Has some of the lowest paid leaders in the industry. Has become more of a strict employer, who is working hard to model their workforce after Samsung & Foxxconn. (DO YOU RESEARCH) This company doesn't know what Lean & 5S is. Trainers will do a 24 hour course on it, then start using Six Sigma terms wrongfully. I would not recommend this company. Leadership is so distant it's ridiculous
