Pros

There is a large range of clients they serve the work can be fulfilling. The pay and benefits are pretty good, and the buildings are well taken care of. Well the people that work there are indeed a mixed bag the good ones are amazing and make coming to work awesome!

Cons

As implied above about the mixed bag of people, if you are not so fortunate to get put on a team with amazing people, there are other teams where its 'every man for themselves' I was fortunate enough not to experience this personally but I got to see it around me. They are a call center and all calls are recorded and randomly picked to be graded, this in it's self is a good thing, the bad part is the metric's they grade against are extremely fluid and seemingly arbitrary, and seem to make yesterdays awesome earn you a bonus call becomes todays write up for not being good enough. They are also very much sticklers for using empathy in a call, a good thing, but if your word choice happens to be sympathetic instead of empathetic (dictionary wise the difference is clear enough, in common speech its anything but clear!) they count off.

Pros

Great compensation at the Director+ level. Opportunity for up to double bonus per year and equity events every 2 to 3 years.

Cons

A glut of senior people at the top as a result of over-hiring a few years ago. Hard to see a path forward career wise when there are over 100 VPs, many in their early 40's, some of whom are under-utilized and looking for work internally.
