      Pros

      Large organisation. There are many good teams and individuals.

      Cons

      In constant flux of system changes. Providing work for many non-technical/ project delivery engineers/consultants. Feels like a retirement club at senior management level of practices.

      Work is interesting in patches, Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Lack of career progression, Lack of team activities, HR is highly incompetent, Salary is poor and makes very little progression. Work environment is not motivating at all. Very little incentive to do well or try hard.
