The pay is good with plenty of overtime if you want it.

Cons

Forced overtime at the last minute. Benefits are too costly. Super dirty environment. Terrible training program.

Very involved in different aspects, professional atmosphere. They seem to try to hire the best.

Cons

Location is not in a great area. Crazy pressure to get a lot done in little time, which leads to little work/life balance. Numbers and not employee focused
