      Horrible management

      Opportunity to take on the workload of 3 employees at once, if that’s what you desire.

      Cons

      Unfriendly, depressing, and dirty environment. No windows in office, feels like jail. Horrible micromanagement up through executive leadership. Absolutely no work/life flexibility. Executives cursing and yelling at subordinates in front of entire department. Racist remarks constantly spewed. No employee perks. Poor training programs. Outdated systems, still using printer and paper files for everything. Snarky staff that gossips across departments. HR is a joke and turns the other way when inappropriate interactions are reported.

      Location ,as it was easy to commute to In Harvey, IL

      Cons

      This response is solely relating to the customer service department on the Harvey IL location .Managment is awful ,the environment is toxic and unprofessional, they do not train or have a real corporate trainer on site to get you up to speed with operations .They instead rely on the other employees to train new employees that are either one overworked and complaining all the time ,don't have the time or the want to train you or who really does not know the system them selves to be able to train you effectively. It is very demotivating and a soul sucking job that I do not recommend .This role is the Customers Service Account Manager ,or Account Coordinator position. Stay away from this job or department in the Harvey location .

      Empowers their managers to make continuous improvement changes.

      Cons

      Constant changes in organizational structure have great intentions, but are not well thought out. New manager comes into town and fires hard working, high performing employee for no good reason, without any warnings or coaching.
