This company has an absolute boomer mentality. They are completely set in their ways and refuse to adapt or change even when presented with logic and reasoning. Micromanaging is also a huge part of the culture, so get ready for them to know how you spend every minute of your day. Also, their "diversity" goal is a joke. They preach hiring different backgrounds and mindsets, but if you don't fall in line and just do as told, you are punished.
