Inevitably, when issues arise, individuals are unfairly targeted without evidence. If you're a high-achiever seeking a challenging and growth-oriented environment, you might want to look elsewhere. This could be a suitable landing spot if your primary focus is short-term income. The company is Boomer heavy and toxic. The closer you get to Harvey to more toxic it gets. Be aware that the company's apparent success was largely due to the unique circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, and those tailwinds have since disappeared.

Very slow organizational procedures. Too may cooks in the kitchen resulting in a lot of waste even though they practice lean procedures. Very outdated corporate strategy. Unfortunately, corporate does not follow what they claim are Atkore's "Values".
