The people are great and the company is growing. It is an exciting time to be part of this company.

Cons

Our shop floor systems are under developed which can make tasks very manual. We have kicked off a system implementation project which will revolutionize our shop floor over the next 24 months.

Pros

People here really care about one another. Leadership is very strong and managers are always willing to help and answer questions. Culture is stressed very high here and it shows true in each individual that works at Atkore. Our floor employees seem very happy to be at work , and I believe this is because they feel heard and cared for.

Cons

I have not yet experienced any major downsides in my time here at Atkore yet.
