Pros

The leadership team has individual and team career advancement in mind when new positions open up. Also, the training process is perfect to easily cement yourself into the organization.

Cons

At times it can seem crazy/overwhelming if you don't manage your time and effort appropriately. Also, HQ's location is not an appealing selling point.

-Thorough on boarding process that each employee completes so everyone is on the same page about culture and expectation - Execs in the organization is open for conversation with new employees - All employees are enthusiastic about what Atkore's mission and future goals are

Cons

- Every company has things they can improve, Atkore is working on them daily so it's part of the culture to be a work in progress in some areas
