      Stop gap company

      Pros

      This company might be ok for work in other regions but not in California. I say this because there was some long termed employees in other regions so they must have liked it for some reason. CA branch manager was also with the company for a long time, but its probably because she comes and goes as she wants.

      Cons

      The company's HQ was based in IL. They were very disconnected with how to manage offices in CA. Compensation was extremely low. Projects were very boring and tedious.

      Pros

      Very simple, straight forward. Not a lot of complexity. I like routines, so this job is a good fit for me.

      Cons

      If you're not used to working 12 hours at a time or you're not a fan of standing for extended periods of time this probably isn't the job for you.
