Pretty decent and normal. Nothing special.

Cons

They failed to request back the initial bonus after I left early. 1 week before Christmas (4 months later) they demanded repayment. Paid it. My W2 was filed wrong. Took 7 months for them to repay me the tax they owed and refused interest.
