Pros

Communication among teammates is superior and rare from my experiences in other companies. The leadership seems to want the best for all employees regardless of level. Overall, a very positive and supportive environment with many employees with long tenures of employment.

Atlas is currently working with the management teams to have weekly meetings at all levels. Through the use of our intranet and weekly meetings, we will increase the interaction on all levels. Most importantly, all employees have a voice and we strongly encourage the opportunity to share new ideas, potential issues and areas to improve.
