Pros

They offer good benefits including educational assistance. Employees seem to genuinely like the company and many have been here for over a decade. They have lasted for over 20 years in the IT field which I believe speaks to their ability to survive and thrive in an ever changing environment.

Cons

Getting credentials and necessary accounts can be time consuming for first timers (if working on base)

We always appreciate the feedback we receive from our teammates. This is so important to our growth. With regards to your comments regarding credentialing, this is well understood and acknowledged. Our leaders are regularly working to improve. In most cases this is outside of our control. We hope however, to make your time within our corporate office productive and rewarding. If ever you observe opportunities to improve this process, we encourage you to share.

Pros

Atlas is a wonderful company to work for. When you enter as a new employee, Atlas links you up with an Ambassador, who is a seasoned employee to help you with any questions. This is someone to go to that is not your manager or supervisor if you need to discuss anything. One of the key component to their success is filling the right person for the right seat. In addition to this, all employees have access to a library of extensive training courses/materials to provide you the ability to really succeed in your role. Learning is a huge part of the Atlas way. Keeping up on the latest technology/trends is a priority to Atlas so much so, they help with the costs of furthering education. They are very involved in the community and encourage volunteering by offering paid time off for volunteer hours. Flexibility is also a huge plus. Life happens and it is great to know with your manager’s approval, you don’t have to miss Johnny’s school play, go ahead and attend, just be sure to make up your hours. And, on top of all this the people who work here are people you want to be around. I know this all sounds too good to be true, but for me, this is my reality! I highly recommend Atlas.

Cons

No cons to report. Atlas rocks!

Thank you for the kind words. It is no accident that you feel this way. We have gone to great lengths to see to it that our employees are able to continue learning in all stages of their career. Our goal is to provide the tools that employees are inspired and encouraged to use. And ultimately, rewarded for using. With regards to flexibility; life and work are often difficult to balance and thankfully we have grown to understand the demands of our teammates that exist outside of the office. This does not happen overnight but has been the result of years of listening to the needs and learning about our teams.
