Pros

Atlas is an all around great company. Great benefits package, awesome leadership, bunches of Community service opportunities, and great working conditions. Holidays are premium and so are vacation days/time off. Atlas made it possible for me to spend more time with my Dad while he was dying. This was huge, and wonderful. Atlas really cares for their employees and consider them their best asset; they are very proud of all the accomplishments. You are given so many opportunities to succeed it is amazing. They give you all the tools that you need to work efficiently and effectively. We have several offices and our corporate office is Remount Rd, Charleston, SC. They handled COVID swimmingly, we were/and are accomplishing great things, and nothing slows this company down. The CEO is also amazing, and a dream to work for. I hope to retire here.

Cons

There aren't many if any downsides to working at Atlas.
