      Pros

      The leadership in this company is second to none. They truly care for the employees in both professional and personal matters, wanting the best for each and everyone one of them. They've created a positive and supportive work environment operating around four very sound core values. Career growth is important to them and supported. Meeting the needs of their customers while also taking care of their employees is something hard to find in companies but Atlas has managed to accomplish that effortlessly.

      Pros

      Communication among teammates is superior and rare from my experiences in other companies. The leadership seems to want the best for all employees regardless of level. Overall, a very positive and supportive environment with many employees with long tenures of employment.
