      Pros

      Atlas is truly a company where learning is a priority. They encourage you to go back to school or to earn a certificate. They also reimburse you up to $2500 dollars for continuing your education! Skillsoft is a website, free, that employees are encouraged to use help with continuing education.

      Need lesson plans in Slkillsoft

It is a Core Value for a reason. We are proud of our employee's accomplishments and encourage them to continue to build their skills through training opportunities. In regards to Skillsoft, this will be addressed. We have taken the opportunity to make modifications in their system but your suggestions go well beyond that. We will work with Skillsoft to see how to address these needs. Continue Learning!

      Pros

      Hand down best culture of any company I've ever worked for. They care. They are honest and very approachable. Senior management solicits feedback and actually is willing to implement suggestions. Level 10 meetings ensure there is a transparency seldom seen in other companies. Atlas truly is a family in every sense of the word.

      Cons

      There truly are no downsides. Atlas is a perfect a fit for me.

      Thank you for providing advice. It will certainly be addressed at one of our next meetings and certainly at our management level meetings. You made reference to our L10's which are an excellent opportunity for each employee to channel their communication to the senior leaders of the company. They are also an opportunity to address day to day issues that can be handled by the meeting participants. It is through such open and honest communication channels that effective and timely decisions can be made.

      Pros

      I have been with Atlas for over 8 years. I have stayed with the company because of the fantastic work environment and wonderful coworkers. The quality of people that Atlas hires makes it enjoyable to come to work and it's obvious that the management really cares about retaining their employees. I have been employed by bigger contract companies and you just feel like a number. At Atlas, management makes you feel like your input is appreciated and they continuously work to keep everyone happy. I would absolutely recommend coming to work at this wonderful company.
