Awesome Leadership - very approachable and caring Great Benefits - 401K, Personal Time Off, Medical/Dental, Educational etc. Very Team Oriented and supporting environment Company events and gatherings are fun and refreshing Weekly team meetings with employees to discuss issues, company news and new requirements

Cons

Not a typical 8 to 5 for the Chesapeake Office. Emergent requirements for extended hours support and travel is fairly common. Nature of the business.

Atlas offers countless benefits, the main being intangible in the team members it has. You never feel like you are asking a wrong question as the people there help with open arms. The community aspect of Atlas is what initially drew me in...When you think technology, you don't always think fun and this place is FUN. There are so many opportunities to bond with team members while also making an impact for the good of the community. Open communication makes your life easy here and they are constantly trying to improve.
