Working at Atlas is the best if you're willing to push yourself. I've worked here for less than a year but it's definitely the best place I've worked, mainly because of the culture and the people who make it. Most people I've encountered at Atlas are high achieving and are not satisfied with the status quo and this attitude is reflected in their standards of other coworkers, which is so refreshing. There are so many companies full of people who don't care or are dissatisfied and it's really amazing to see a company full of people who genuinely care about the work they do and the people they work with on a daily basis. It's also great to see that the company rewards team members based on their core values on a quarterly basis. I can't speak highly enough about this position. Working hard bears great satisfaction and I hope to work here for many more years to come.
