Management, especially in the Virginia Beach office, is lacking. You will get micromanaged and constantly reminded that you are there solely to make your bosses money. Growth and promotions opportunities are limited and salaries are not competitive.

Good office culture, pay is fair, varied work with varied clients, very consistent work

Cons

Upper management is basically non existent/detached, large emphasis on marketing/quantity and not on quality, long hours and non billable work put onto engineering department (who needs to be billable)
