Pros

My colleagues are collaborative, supportive and genuinely passionate about the work we do. Leadership trusts creatives, values strong ideas, and encourages growth - it’s an inspiring place to do my best work. The culture strikes a nice balance between high standards and respect for work-life balance.

Cons

Can be busy during peak periods, but the work and results are very rewarding.

Pros

Local offices are trying to improve functionality, interoffice communication. Some of our work can be meaningful and rewarding. Atlas recently implemented paid parental leave nationwide, and vacation/holidays are fairly generous.

Cons

Atlas's "Core Values" are Life, Heart, Mastery, and Trust, and yet they have the audacity to not only go after border wall contracts but be proud of it enough to announce these wins in all staff emails and company town halls? A company that actually values life, heart, and trust would not pursue contracts with DHS when the agency is (at best) flagrantly disregarding the civil liberties afforded to citizens and noncitizens alike. This shouldn't be surprising though, considering that the MAM we are required to use to access Outlook on our personal devices includes what appears to be GPS tracking software (GPSwox). Employees must now go to battle for fair pay, and the pay/bonus structure is opaque. The company has really started pushing AI usage. Based on these cons, I seriously doubt HR's sincerity and would fear retaliation if I brought these concerns up within the company structure.
